## accept_brain

Accept this specific ready onboarding proposal only after the user has reviewed and approved it. reviewed:true records existing approval, not another confirmation. Read get_brain_status and source context; use its run ID and source design revision. Existing server checks reject changed context or access. Adds the accepted summary to design.md without changing explicit preferences; no model call, generation or rendering.

## approve_production_review

Record explicit user approval of this exact sample/version already given in the conversation. userConfirmed:true is an attestation, not permission to approve autonomously. Agent-recorded approval is labelled separately from browser confirmation. Current context and pending corrections are checked. This approves a sample, never the final file, spending or broader access. Direct-edit mode does not require this approval.

## billing_status

Read planChanges, planChangePolicy, plan, search allowance, creative-credit balance, expiry, configured topUps with availability and purchaseUrl, and community benefits. specialAccess describes independent, expiring invitation benefits; inspect actual resource access even when the base plan is Free. Recargas do not change the plan or other quotas. Creator can upgrade to Studio with the same billing interval in the web billing page. Payment confirmation is required; pending changes do not grant access. No purchase or automatic recharge. The user manages payments at https://editorbrain.com/app/billing.

## check_sfx_plan

Check final-timeline SFX placements against current project preferences before mixing. at is sample START after trims/alignment, not the peak. Checks disabled effects and protected hooks; flags empty requested treatment and repetition. Optional expectedContextHash comes from remote SFX search/get/check, not workflow. No files uploaded or changes saved; passed does not certify the rendered mix, density fit or rights.

## check_workflow

Read current review preferences, personal integrations and compact brand/project media preferences. nextActions are up to three optional contextual suggestions, not obligations, authorization or proof that an unregistered resource was unused. Use detail:summary for routing only; the default/full response remains the complete contract. Reuse a full context only while its shared and member execution versions match. This check records a read receipt, without editing documents, rendering or spending. Call before inspecting/downloading media or starting any edit, then before proposals, expensive generation and rendering. Read renderStorage execution, destination, upload, retention and preview settings first. Only a current explicit user instruction permits renderOverride: same projectId, requested preference fields, userConfirmed:true and reason. It is read-only and request-scoped, never a persistent change or spending consent. Check that the response reflects it; never carry it to another request or project. Reuse valid creative approvals. Supply previousVersion for review/tool changes and previousContextVersion with projectId for document/media preference changes. Inspect contextChanged as well as changed. Use editorialSnapshot for shared version-bound constraints; executionContextVersion also tracks this member’s integrations. Pass the snapshot to editing specialists. projectProgress is the same operational state as the web board, not a running-agent indicator. Use update_project_progress to start work; complete only after explicit final-video acceptance. Recheck before delivery; use list_production_reviews/list_production_feedback for exact sample approvals and corrections. No interruption of an active render. questionNeeds is optional host-inspected missing information; returns questionPlan under the resolved questionPolicy. Never treat the planner as media inspection or permission. interaction describes consultation and review independently, not approval or a mandatory wizard. ## create_editing_batch

Group 1–25 existing projects after confirming which clips belong to each video. Stable batchId makes creation retry-safe. Starts paused. Budget ceilings are NOT spending authorization; standard Studio quote approval still applies. Individual project preferences always apply.

## create_production_review

Manual private review registration for an already linked asset; prefer plan_production_submission + submit_production_review for recoverable uploads without changing editorial media. Honor the selected review surface and upload permission. Register an existing owned project image/video as a reviewable sample. Use plan_preview_upload before a new lightweight upload; reuse matching assets/revisions. Upload and link it to media.json first; get current contextVersion from check_workflow.editorialSnapshot after linking. Pass parentRevisionId and supersedeParent:true to replace a pending correction while preserving comments. Does not approve, render or share publicly. Only register a result actually made with the customer material/current context; never substitute a library demo.

## create_project

Start a requested new edit in the authenticated workspace using an existing, unambiguous brand, style and output profile. Reuse the same ID for retries; never overwrite an existing project. Returns an authenticated uploadUrl for this exact workspace/project. If no video was attached, give that link to the user; if local media was attached, do not require another upload. No upload, render, spending approval or changes to brand preferences. Name/topic/goal may be omitted until material is inspected.

## draft_direction

Optional scaffold for an explicitly selected catalog pack; selectedStyle is required by the operation. Does not choose a style or assign beat techniques. ## editing_batch_lease

Claim one video before work, renewing within 20 minutes. Generate and retain a UUID leaseToken per attempt, reuse on retry. Only available slots can be claimed; no automatic subagent spawning. Check before every expensive step; stop scheduling when paused/expired. Release after registering a sample, or report attention on failure. Pass token to studio_run. Release is not final acceptance.

## get_asset

## list_authored_scenes

Supporting motion library, not the primary edited-video reference library. Check access.canUse when present; premium previews remain available, but source access requires Creator or Studio, not a credit top-up. Use the existing evidence-based direction, or search_from_brief first for a new full-video direction. Search optional motion mechanisms with a natural-language action or change on screen, including uses outside the demo niche. Results are ranked, compact candidates with mechanism, preset names and keyframe availability, not source. Check compositing before download: opaque output is not a ready transparent overlay; absent metadata is unverified. Inspect first/last keyframes, then one card and its video before adapting. Author bespoke motion when none fits. Demo palettes and fonts never replace user branding. Use curated material, funcion (OR), encuadre (only video) and tresD filters when useful. Keep the same filters with nextCursor. Video scenes require a prepared talking-head clip: Necesita tu video hablando a cámara. They are optional mechanisms, not automatic full-video edits or self-service clip preparation.
